If a repair is needed, the piece will be assessed by the maker.
If the repair needed is due to maker error, there will be no charge to the customer.
If the repair needed is NOT due to maker error, the fee for repair will depend on the complexity of the repair, as well as time and labor.
Care instructions are provided with every order and it is up to the wearer to be responsible with their jewelry.
I do not work under the premise that the customer is always right. The fact is, the customer is human and humans sometimes make mistakes. It’s life, and that’s okay. That’s why these policies exist.
