Commissions are taken on a case-by-case basis, at my discretion.
All commissions must be paid in full before they are made. No exceptions.
If, for some reason, a refund for commissioned work is sought, please be very aware of the following: THE COST OF MATERIALS - including, but not limited to: metal, stones, and various tools used - IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Again, no exceptions.
The time and labour that went into the piece, however, ARE refundable.
Ultimately, I want my customers to be happy with their jewelry and I will do all in my ability to ensure that.
